We worked with Western Isles Council to find a long term solution for Lews Castle, successfully navigating the recession and helping to find an operator to take on the Castle as a mixed use tourism venue.  

We worked with Goldenacres Pet Food to help support expansion of their factory and a successful planning application.

We assisted Stanton Marine in achieving their objectives in relation to property investment disposal.

We worked with Science City York to develop a property strategy for the creative and digital sector around York.

We are working with various private sector clients to help them achieve their property strategies including sensitive Green Belt development.
